Cyprium Metals (ASX:CYM) has raised six million dollars through a fully underwritten entitlement offer to support the restart of its Nifty Copper Complex in Western Australia. The offer drew strong demand, with nearly half of participating shareholders applying for more than their entitlement.
International Graphite (ASX:IG6) has secured up to three million dollars in funding from US-based Pioneer Resource Partners. Proceeds will go towards feasibility studies at the Springdale Graphite Project, further development of processing operations, and working capital.
Tamboran Resources (ASX:TBN) will acquire Falcon Oil & Gas in a deal worth 172 million US dollars. The transaction creates a Beetaloo Basin company with almost three million net acres and a combined market value of more than half a billion US dollars.
Archtis (ASX:AR9) has accelerated its US expansion with the $15.75 million acquisition of data security firm Spirion. The deal brings new technology, talent and a major enterprise customer base into the business, backed by a $20.5 million capital raise to fund growth.
Nova Minerals (ASX:NVA) has received 43 million US dollars in funding from the US Department of War to produce antimony trisulfide in Alaska. The funding will support the development of a fully integrated supply chain at the company’s Estelle Project.
