Cyprium Metals is pleased to announce a two-tranche placement to raise A$13.5 million at an issue price of A$0.028 per new share. This placement has strong support from existing shareholders, including cornerstone investor Flat Footed L.L.C., and majority of CYM directors. The completion of Tranche 2 is subject to shareholder approval anticipated in January 2025. Additionally, a retail entitlement offer will be extended to eligible existing shareholders on the same terms as the placement.

The proceeds from the placement will be used for various purposes, including Nifty site costs, permit support, tenement maintenance, and working capital.
